Following extensive refurbishment Consolidated Property Group instructed us to market the 7th floor comprising some 1,193 sq ft where we introduced Integration Consulting Ltd eventually leading to them taking a new 10 year lease at an annual rent of £57.50 per sq ft subject to a Tenant only option to determine at the expiry of the 5th year and a rent free period.
