After a short marketing period we successfully let the 4th floor comprising 997 sq ft at a rent of £45.00 per sq ft exclusive to Voreda Capital LLP on a 5 year lease with a Tenant only option to determine at the 3rd anniversary of the term. This was agreed subject to an initial 3 month rent free period with a further 3 month rent free period if the option to determine is not exercised.
