In July 2011 Carlson Gallery Ltd engaged us to find suitable gallery premises in Mayfair. After inspecting several “on market” and “off market” opportunities they finally agreed a lease on circa 3,000 sq ft over the ground and LG floors at 55 South Audley Street, a prominent unit with large frontage near the junction with Mount Street, previously occupied by Mansour Carpets.
