After extensive tours of available properties in multiple locations on the fringe of London, we successfully acquired the 3rd floor, Dukes Court in Woking comprising some 5,084 sq ft for a term of 10 years at a rent of £17.50 per sq ft subject to a Tenant only option to determine and rent review at the 5th anniversary of the term. A total of 27 months’ rent free period was agreed.
