Lorenz may be too old for clubbing but certainly not too old to handle their rent reviews. The famous Tramp nightclub offering some 4,600 sq ft on ground floor and basement faced a massive demand from the Landlords of £350,000 per annum against a current rent of £180,000 per annum. After extensive negotiations a deal was struck at approximately £225,000 per annum only payable from March 2011.
