The Lorenz Consultancy was instructed by Generation Three Family Partners to identify and secure suitable office accommodation in central Mayfair for an initial short term commitment to start up a new wealth management company. We successfully acquired the 1st floor at 33 Davies Street which is earmarked for redevelopment from June 2011. A rent of £17.50 per sq ft was agreed on some 1,600 sq ft on a lease expiring in December 2012 subject to mutual options to break in June 2011 and every 2 months thereafter.
