Safeland use Tony Lorenz for complex property work and instructed him to handle a 2,500 sq ft lease renewal in March 2009 where the Tenant agreed a 10 year lease at a rent of £47.50 per sq ft - luckily in view of the fall in the market the renewal was negotiated on time.
