2nd Floor, 156-158 Buckingham Palace Road, London, SW1


Tetra Strategy Ltd needed new office premises and we found them the 2nd Floor at 156-158 Buckingham Palace Road comprising some 1,332 sq ft. This was eventually acquired at a rent of £64,000 per annum for a term expiring in February 2014. We negotiated a Tenant only option to determine in February 2011 with an initial 4 month rent free period.
