We were instructed on behalf of Premierquote Ltd in respect of their September 2009 lease renewal of this industrial unit, totaling some 13,062 sq ft. Despite the difficult economic climate and the Tenant threatening to relocate, we secured an increase in the rent on a 5 year lease with the Tenant, Sixt Kennington Ltd.
