
UBC Media Group, a long standing client of Tony Lorenz, instructed us in March 2010 to dispose of the 2nd floor accommodation comprising some 786 sq ft on behalf of Above the Title Ltd and subsequently in March 2010 we successfully introduced Triyoga whereby following extensive negotiations a sublease was agreed to expire on the 8th January 2018 at a rent of £15,720 per annum (£20.00 per sq ft) subject to an upward only rent review as at the 1st December 2014. A 15 month rent free period was agreed and the lease was to be granted outside of the Landlord and Tenant act.
