Citylink Telecommunications were recommended to us to locate their new offices after their lease expired at 89 Albert Embankment.
After an extensive search, we settled on some 2,504 sq ft on a lease expiring in March 2019.
We negotiated a rent of £35.00 per sq ft with an initial 6 month rent free period. Options to determine in January 2013 and January 2015 were agreed subject to a further 3 month rent free period if they are not exercised.
