3rd Floor, 1 Manchester Square, London, W1


Hyperion Investment Properties Ltd instructed us to dispose of all the surplus space within the building.
We let the 3rd floor comprising of some 1,652 sq ft to 3G Communications Ltd until November 2014 at a rent of £50.00 per sq ft with a Tenants option to determine at the expiry of the 3rd year of the term.
A 6 month rent free period was given with a further 2 month rent free period if they do not exercise their break option.
