
Our own offices in 18 Hanover Square were about to be developed – we moved to 21 Hanover Square early.
However, other Tenants left themselves little time to relocate, one of these being Caithness Petroleum Ltd who, after an extensive search, settled on some 2,192 sq ft which we acquired on a flexible 5 year lease with a rent free period at a rent of under £40 per sq ft. The Tenant had an option to determine at the expiry of the 2nd year and an initial 4 month rent free period.
A further 6 month rent free was negotiated if the option to break is not exercised. This represents acquisition of Grade A offices in Mayfair at under £40 per sq ft.
